Fan, or mourning fan, with fourteen black wood sticks and two guards and a black silk leaf. Guards carved with a stylised motif and central sticks carved and pierced with a scene of the dog sniffing at a bird. Obverse and reverse leaf plain. Metal D loop with two long black silk ribbons attached, knotted together near the ends.
